I agree with a separate thread for database discussion. That's why I
didn't write more about it in this one. However, my knowledge about
databases is rather limitted and I'm not very comfortable in that
field. It looks like I know more about things which cannot be done
(at all or with a decent performance or whatever) than I know about
things which can be done.
