Problem with compiling gnome-utils-0.30.tar.gz

OK I compiled all of in the extra-src dir... And everything went
more-or-less quite OK...

Then I compiled gnome-libs and gnome-core without problems, and when i
get to gnome-utils it stops...

It comes to the mini-utils/gpenguin and stops with the following error:

I have installed gettext-0-10.tar.gz... I don't know where I'm wrong...

Can you help me or should I give more information, if so, which
information would help?
