po/no.po missing in gnome-admin PLEASE ADD

gnome-admin won't build currently because the po/no.po file is not in
CVS, but is referred to in the configure.in script.

I've changed the configure.in script for now, but could the person
who did the translation please be sure to cvs add the no.po file as well?
