If this happens (generating procmail scripts), it would be really cool if
gmailman generated a separate file from the normal .procmailrc.  Then
gmailman wouldn't have to worry about what else was in the .procmailrc,
and could overwrite anything in it, etc.  The real .procmailrc could then
use INCLUDERC directives to include gmailman's procmailrc files.
