Greetings one and all. I have looked long and hard through the mail archives
for a solution to the following problem, but haven't found any hint ;(
Problem - I get the following when trying to compile the panel app:
mico-c++ -g -O2 -o panel drawer.o gdkextra.o main.o menu.o mico-glue.o mico-parse.o panel.o panel_config.o panel_config_global.o panel-widget.o gnome-panel.o -L/opt/lib -lmicocoss2.0.5 -lmicoaux2.0.5 -lmico2.0.5 -lXt -lgnomeui -lgnome -lgnomesupport -ldl -L/opt/lib -lgtk -lgdk -lglib -lm -L/usr/X11R6/lib -lSM -lICE -lX11 -lXext -lgdk_imlib -lImlib -ljpeg -lpng -ltiff -lz

and I'm not all the crash hot when it comes to c++ either. What am I doing
wrong?
My systems is as follows:
RedHat Linux 5.0
cyrix p166+ processor (I've installed RedHat's cyrix-fixed gcc)
gcc 2.7.2.3
glibc-2.0.7-6
mico-2.0.5-2 |
mico-devel-2.0.5-2 |- I installed these after not getting the
mico-ir-browser-2.0.5-2 | panel app to compile for me with my own
compiled version of mico-2.0.5
Yes, I've run ldconfig, I've checked the symbolic links and they appear to be
correct, and I've read all through the docs.
Any and all assistance will be greatly appreciated - the panel is the only
part missing from what would otherwise be a very nice environment.
thanks in advance,
