projects.gnome.org and broken redirects

Hi,

The redirects that are at the end of gnomeweb-wml/www.gnome.org/htaccess
for /projects/ are broken. It seems they're evaluated after some other
redirect magic which isn't done in this file :/

Would it be possible to fix this?
