Why? Gnome Asia is a 2 day event and FOSS.IN is generally a 5 day event.
Thats a week long in all.

We can do one of two things.

i) Gnome asia runs 2 days before foss.in - this means more focus and
probably drive
more people to contribution during foss.in

ii) Gnome Asia runs 2 days after foss.in - this means identifying
people at foss.in and then driving them to contribution during Gnome
asia.

Take your pick, we can pick a college as a venue. I can start talking
to local ones about that.
