Was there a reason not to use `POWER ON SYMBOL (U+23FD) ⏽` as
suggested by https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Power_symbol#Unicode ?

I think the symbol was added after we landed GtkSwitch in GTK. I guess we can update it, now.
