The updated Swedish translation on the 3.18 branch

has a lot of string changes in it that are in master but not in the 3.18
branch

That's odd. I took the translation from master since the string was
fixed there, and relied on damned-lies using msgmerge to prefix unneeded
strings with #~. Apparently that did not happen for some strings, but I
see it is done in the resulting po file for new translations:
https://l10n.gnome.org/POT/sound-juicer.gnome-3-18/sound-juicer.gnome-3-18.sv.po
Testing a manual msgmerge comments out all the new strings, so I'm not
sure what went wrong.
I have tested building and running sound-juicer from the 3-18 branch,
and the translation looks fine, so no harm seems to be done. Sorry for
the unnecessarily large diff. Serves me right for not double-checking as
I figured it was only a one-character change.
Regards,
Anders
