Bonjour Claude,
I use Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu 41.0.2, canonical-1.0
I did a second test with another file (gnome 3.16), starting from the 
beginning of the commit process. Here it is the same problem. Only after 
choosing "Rework needed" > send, do I get the options "sync-to-master" 
and "Commit author: ---- "
I really wonder why.
On top of that, with another file in gnome 3.18, I had to use "Rework 
needed" to get only one of these options, namely "Commit author: ---- ". 
The option "sync-to-master" was not there.
I am a bit like a pit bull when it comes to solving problems :)
