I was able to see "Sync with Master option" and I confirm it works.  For obvious reasons, such option won't appear for a translation that is already master branch. So please make sure you're working on any other branch to see this option.

There is no such choice in my DL page, see https://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/177253/94.
Although I use the command line to commit, it would be a useful option.
