Is there a policy on this? I've played with the idea of sorting things
in a more useful order for the sake of translators (for example related
files come follow each other). I realise that alphabetical order is
maybe the only one to specify clearly since the rest might be up for
interpretation, but this also feels like an opportunity to make things
better for translators.
