Well, i was under the impression that each team is encouraged to have at
least one account. I'm guessing that impression is correct, but you are
saying that having translated libgnomeui is not enough to request an svn
account.

Anyway, that being the case, please commit the files in the following
attachment:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=561318

I think it would make it easier for everybody if i could commit the
files myself. But if you think it's not time yet, that's fine with me.

P.S.
1. I'd appreciate any feedback on what files i should focus on first to
reach a minimal initial release of the locale?
2. Also, I'm curious if there is an operational metric used to make the
svn access decision (i.e., is it an artistic decision or a scientific
one, so to speak)?
