So, gnomemeeting 1.0.2 which comes from gnome-2-6 branch will be shipped in GNOME 2.8.
Then, let's update our l10n status to reflect this disappointing change, which means a lot of
work for some teams.

Damien> Now, should I have done it? When should branching be done?
There is no such requirement for gnome versions. You do not need to create a gnome-2-8
branch, because 1.0.2 from gnome-2-6 branch will be included in gnome 2.8.

That depends on your development schedule. If you are releasing 1.2 in early Oct, and
want to ship 1.2 with gnome 2.8.1, you should contact the release team, but I'm afraid they
won't approve this request.

You must keep in mind which version should be shipped within certain gnome release schedule.
Then notify release team and i18n team.
