Yes, I have (as I wrote in my mail I discovered this problem while
preparing the gedit 2.2.1 release)

I'm using 0.25 from CVS.

Note that intltool marks the strings correctly (so it works correctly in
this case).
The two string really have to be translated. 
The problem is why they were not present the .po files before.
