BTW, 'bg_BG' should be changed to 'bg'; and all 'bg_BG.po', 'bg.CP1251.po' and
other should be normalized to bg.po on CVS.
For zh_CN and zh_TW there may be a similar problem of various different
names used for po files.
Change in genhtml.pl the ' ' to ' '
