upcoming releases

We have upcoming releases of the new control center and the ximian setup
tools. Modules : gnome-control-center, control-center-plus,
ximian-setup-tools. (also there might be a gtkthml release, but i don't
maintain that).

I am going to build tarballs monday morning CDT, so if you comit before
sunday it will make it into this release.

Also : please be carefull when adding files to POTFILES.in, sometimes
there are .c files with strings that are not included in the build or
the subdirectory is not beeing built. This prevents the tarball from
compiling even tho distcheck passes.
