My dream is to add the "NEEDSHELP" keyword to a Bugzilla bug and have
it appear over in that system, with comment-mirroring back and forth,
so I can just use Bugzilla instead of maintaining two tracker things
and accounts and so on (which just won't happen, it's too much work).
