It would be good to be able to pin directories in the list. For
example, I have directories for each of my projects at work. Now,
they'd fall into the MRU list, but it would be good to pin their
parent in the list to speed things up when I'm going to a new one or
one I haven't accessed recently.

There should be, otherwise I'm going to be paging through forty
.directories in my home directory, and even more .files if I don't
know the file extension I'm looking for. This annoys me immensely
when using WPO2k, and it annoys me when I'm looking for a .file and
the selector won't let me. A file selector _must_ let me toggle
whether or not to see them, just as ls does.
