in a word? bad.

not that I would mind the overall idea. but it sounds very much like you
came up with it from the top of your head. some of these topics are already
covered in the current style guides, for instance. and there doesn't seem to
be an overall unifiying theme to the others. and finally, there is missing a
clear boundary and an interface where one can plug the gnome style guide
into this thing to get one whole.
