I do not have this problem here (Ubuntu 15.04, Metacity 3.14.3-1ubuntu2). After resizing the window there are sometimes some wrong white pixels inside the window, but after moving the window a bit they disappear. Did not test Google Chrome. -- Dmitry Shachnev
