Yes, that's what I suggested. Read "man git-cherry-pick".
Mutter codebase was already diverged enough when they did the Gtk+ 3
port (using clutter is one obvious and big difference, but there were
others as well, like renamed files/functions). So cherry-picking is
not as easy as you think about it.
