[gnome-flashback] How to setup gnome-flashback on UbuntuGNOME 13.10?

Thank you for resurrecting the "GNOME 3 'fallback' session".

UbuntuGNOME 13.10 will use GNOME 3.8 with a classic 3D accelerated
fallback mode using GNOME Shell Extensions. I still prefer the old 2D
fallback and so thank you again for this project.

So, how to set it up on the upcoming UbuntuGNOME 13.10 release?
