According to https://live.gnome.org/Hackfests/BrnoDocs2012 , Michael and
Susanna will arrive in Prague on Feb 16 (explicitly CC'ed), and Tiffany
on the 18th (I'd be already in Brno but I'm happy to assist with any
questions how to get along in Prague, though Florian's email seems to
already have everything included that comes to my mind).

I'd probably go from Prague to Brno by train on late Thursday 16th (no
reservations needed and not much more expensive than by bus). 

I don't know about Michael's and Susanna's plans but if you want to take
a look at Prague you are very welcome to be my guests - I don't have any
plans for next Thursday. 
Just tell me and I can drop you my phone number in a private email, or
could pick you up at Prague airport holding a sign with your names
(typos for free!), or whatever else comes to your minds. :)
