Packages ready to translate

Hi all,

I'm Fran Diéguez the coordinator of the Galician
(http://l10n.gnome.org/teams/gl) translators team and we have plans to
start to translate some documentation. But I take notice that all the
documentation is been reviewed and converted to mallard.

Please, give us some hints about what files are ready to translate and
other useful information.

We don't have previous experience in translating the documentation and
how to "compile" it, so information about it would be very very useful
too.
