A discussion is finished when I move a term into the
"completed terms" section.  Would it be helpful for
me to send a "this term is done" email to the list?

Basically, I want to give each term a few days to
sit on the list.  Not everybody reads mailing lists
daily.  I'll move screenshot over soon enough.
