Your patch is missing an important factor: merging the libs obsoletes
the Win32 bootstrapping.  A full patch is available in Bugzilla[1].

I hadn't seen Vivien's comment about keeping libgda_sql_delimiter-3.0,
so I merged as well; if someone feels really strongly about it, I could
rework the patch.  (Technically libgda_sql_transaction could be kept as
well, but I don't see how these would practically be used by themselves,
and IMHO it's cleaner to minimize the number of libraries.)
