it is on the gnome-libs package.

But anyway, the problem you're having is because of Bonobo versions
mismatch. I'm myself using bonobo-0.18-0 with the CVS version and it
works ok. So whether you've got an old version, or a brand-new version
(maybe from CVS?), which is suffering lots of changes.
