Yes. It's probably also reasonable for several of us to do a query on
patch bugs with 'freeze' or 'frozen' in a comment; I'd bet many of those
are relevant, and actually applying the keyword ourselves (and
remembering to nag promptly as soon as 2.7 opens up) is probably the
best way to actually get it used.
