Or you can try out virt-p2v, which is part of the virt-v2v package:

   http://libguestfs.org/
   http://libguestfs.org/virt-p2v.1.html

This will automate much of the conversion (and in case you're concerned, 
it is non-destructive - it creates the virtual machine image separately 
from the original). The resulting virtual machine will be manageable 
with virt-manager or, with some slight tweaking to the network interface 
configuration (and possibly other things, haven't tried), with gnome-boxes.
