That certainly covers the accessibility of the content, which is also
critical of course... but the issue here is the accessibility of the
presentation.  

Large blocks of colour on the screen may be indistinguishable to some
users (probably not a major issue in this case, where the graphics are
only being used for "prettifying"), or even physically painful to look
at, which is why they may have chosen to use the high or low contrast
themes we've provided.
