Really do need more information. Seems you are using Windows but is it 32 bit or
64bit? (Win 7 or 10 or something else?)

You can get DBP working Gimp 2.8 / Windows (64 bit) with a few extra files see:
screenshot 1 but really not advisable. DBP is not wonderful.

For Gimp 2.8 get the BIMP 1.18 installer. Works with both 32 and 64 bit Windows
installations.
