[Gimp-user] Can't Install 2.10.14

If you go the right click and drag method just be careful that you do not move
the gimp-2.10.exe file to the desktop or even worse lose it somewhere in another
folder (do not laugh, it does happen)  screenshot 1

A safer method is right click and choose Create shortcut screenshot 2

If you do not like either of those methods, the alternative is run the Gimp
installer again. Choose the Customize option and follow the Next buttons until
you come to the Create a desktop icon page. screenshot 3 Tick that and continue.
It does mean that all the Gimp files are installed again.
