[Gimp-user] Can't Install 2.10.14

Subject: [Gimp-user] Can't Install 2.10.14

I get an error message during the install process:  Setup was unable to create
the directory "C:\Program Files\GIMP 2\bin"  Error 5:  Access is denied.

Can anyone tell me how to complete the installation?
