Ofnuts path tools typically come with a html about/help file(s)
Did you unzip the download? No good putting the zip in the plugins
folder.
Unzip gives two files.
ofn-remove-tangents.py which goes in
C:\Users\"yourname"\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\plug-ins and
ofn-remove-tangents.html which you can view with your web browser.
How to use it? ***Right click*** on the path to bring up the context
menu. Find
the entry down at the bottom in a 'Tools' section. Click on that to
open the
plugin setting.
see example screenshot.

Thank you again for the support. It turns out I downloaded the wrong one :P. I
got the right one now. I'll have to fumbled around with it to see how well it
does. Thank you!
