[Gimp-user] Path Tool Gaps

That gimp dialog is for selecting which folder you store your plugins
in. (Say
you wanted to use the non-standard location, or add a second location
to store
your plugins)
You can't drag a file there.
Put simply, gimp doesn't need to be opened to install the plugin.
Actually it
should be closed so it can find the new plugin when it restarts,
So copy or move the file using windows explorer only.

Have a look at this and adjust for your plugin.

Ah, thank you for the instruction. I moved the downloaded plugin into the GIMP
Plugin folder now, according to the instructions you provided.

However, how do I turn it on?
