[Gimp-user] Batch resize issues.

Hi, just got GIMP 2.8.20...

downloaded 'Daves batch Resizer' and put it in the plugin folder. 

Using this page...

it should show an xtns dropdown menu, but mine does not have one. 

Any help much appreciated. thank you. Looking forward to getting started.
