[Gimp-user] Script Dialog Boxes Not On Top

Just playing with this some more - Script-Fu dialogs do appear on-top if the
Cancel button was used to terminate the previous Script-Fu dialog - whether or
not it was the same script. Not that this is any use in practice but it might
give someone a hint as to the cause of the problem.
