[Gimp-developer] Skin retouching

Hi, please check out this short video. 
It shows how to use Photoshop for skin retouching. And it's perfect. Look at  this   photo. 

Now, my question is: how do I get the same result in Gimp? 
I'm moving from Win to Ubuntu, and I want to use Gimp for editing.
