Hi,

I came across some UI strings that are either
not or incorrectly translated in 2.8.
They range from single strings to a whole dialog.

If you found that the strings are wrong and you think you know how
to correct those strings then you can either:

 - correct them right away or
 - file a bug

Based on this, what would be the point of fixing anything?

These are not translations.
IMHO usually in a stable branch corrections to the strings are due only to important bugs
in the messages. Small corrections could always be committed to the master (dev) branch.

Forgive the bad english.
