[gedit-list] Favorites Plugin for Gedit 3

I just put my Favorites plugin for Gedit 3 up on github:

The plugin adds "Add to Favorites" to the File menu and a side panel
with a tree for managing favorite documents much like bookmarks in web
browsers. Nothing too fancy, just quick access to favorite documents.
