I think this is a great idea, at least for the gDesklets daemon.
A small Bubble over (under?) the TrayIcon instead of a PopUp window to
notify the user of a newer release is really great!

Bubbles for a Desklet can be pretty cool and handy, too.
But I guess we have the same problem here as with the IPopUp Control.
Shouldn't Bubbles be part of the Display files (and therefore of the
ADL) and not implemented with a Control ?

Anyway, I really like the idea but - as you can see - I am not sure
about the way to implement it.
