[gDesklets] Information and translations on LP

Hi there,,

just stumbled upon the project's settings on lp and added "uses 
blueprints". And there is another field for setting the license(s) the 
project is provided under. Shouldn't be this GPL-2 ... or do we want to 
keep it undecided ;).

Furthermore I was wondering if you should use lp's translations feature, 
too.
