In my opinion it needs to clearly stated that the GNOME foundation has
nothing to do with the bounties. Otherwise it's going to convey a
confusing message (especially in the case where bounties target projects
competing with projects already in GNOME, firefox vs. epiphany for
example).
I think it would be better to just mention GNOME foundation in the sense
that it's used to channel the money through and nothing else.
