Bounty hunt, round 2.

Hey guys,

Srini posted an announcement of the desktop integration bounty hunt
being re-opened yesterday.  The announcement was positioned as coming
from the GNOME Foundation.  Oops, that was a mistake.

Novell is funding the GNOME bounties, not the foundation.  We are paying
the foundation a small administration fee to handle paying out the
bounties; this is a pretty standard practice in non profits, it's
something the GNOME foundation has done before for other people, and it
was approved by the board last year.

Srini is new to the GNOME world, and made a natural error in trying to
get people excited about the bounty program being reopened.  So please
don't take your concerns out on him; I should have done a better job of
reviewing his text before it went up, and I'm sorry for the confusion we
caused.
