It's not that simple, because photos you want to import may already
contain tags with commas. I summarized everything about the problem in
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=509792 . Also included is a
link to RFC 1041 which tries to solve the same problem for a completely
different purpose.
