Is it that complicated? It seems to be good to talk about workflow to hear
different opinions.

This is the first great difference. I always convert all the images as I see
the RAW file as an intermediate step and the jpg is the finished image that I
want to share and look at.
Furthermore I delete about 50 to 80% of the images (before converting them) of
one import roll. Deleting images is not very fast with f-spot.

What I consider as a drawback.
