Two main differences - albums are ordered, and albums can have other
metadata attached. Eventually I think it could be useful to include
some of the options iPhoto has - things like a soundtrack to play while
showing the album. I think it'd be valuable to hold other presentation
information there - perhaps preferred background colour, if you want
frames around the photos, etc.
As this is a different subject than the Terminology, I'm changing the
Email Subject. Let's keep the threads seperate.
Well - if it makes you happy. I thought we were nailing down the
definition of Album. IIRC the fact that only a subset of the tags are
shown in an album was in your original definition and that triggered
this whole discussion...
