Re: mono-nunit package



The code in CVS now conditionally enables nunit and checks for the 3
likely nunit names people have reported so these various steps are no
longer required  Thanks to Stephane for doing most of the work.  

As a side note, if anyone is interested in helping write tests let me
know :)
