Did that ;-) - Ubuntu 22.04 + mint vanessa now.

No need to be sorry ;-) - made me laugh and I actually took the road to
update the whole thing, all went well with the right preparations :-).

So I am on:

3.44.4-0ubuntu1

and it is working again :-) - thx for the fast response + options
provided.
